Ingredients : Moong dal 1/2 cup Rice 1/2 cup Urad dal 1/4 cup Baking soda 2 pinch Salt Onion 1 mediam size (finely chopped) For tarka/ tempering: Musturd seeds 1/2 tsp Jeera/cumin powder 1/2 tsp Hing/ Asafoetida Curry leaves How to make: Wash the Moong dal, urad dal and rice twice and soak overnight or minimum 5 hrs.
