Ragi is a whole grain that is gluten free and staple in South India. It is rich in fibre that helps with weight loss and Diabetes. It's packed with calcium, good carbs, ammino acids and vitamin D.  Ingredients : Ragi flour 2 cup Urad dal 1/4 cup Rice 1/2 cup Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp How to make: • Wash and soak urad dal and rice in a bowl, in this add fenugreek seeds. Keep this for 5 hours.   • After 5  hours drain and rinse the water then grind it to smooth  consistency.  • Then add ragi flour in it. Mix it well with required amount of water.  • Cover it and keep aside in a warm place for fermentation.  • After fermentation take the batter add salt to taste.  Mix it well.  • Check the batter consistency. if it is too thick add water.  Mix it well.  • Pre heat non stick tawa/ iron tawa.  • On heated tawa spread batter evenely.  • Apply few drops of ghee Or oil.  • Cook it for few minutes.
