Instant ragi dosa | finger millet | toddlers recipe

Ragi is a nutritional grain which is staple food in most of the South Indian states. Ragi is superfood for babies and growing children. This ragi dosa recipe is instant and quick with no grinding.  Ragi dosa for babies can be a filling as well as a wholesome breakfast option. This dosa recipe does not need fermenting. If your baby is tired of ragi porridges and drinks, then this dosa will be a welcome respite and a great addition to your baby’s menu.
Try this tasty, healthy dosa recipe from ragi flour. 

Ingredients:
Ragi flour 1 cup
Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
Curd 2 tbsp
Water as required
Salt

How to make;
• In a bowl add ragi flour, wheat flour, curd, salt and water, whisk it well. 
Check the consistency.If consistency of batter is thick then you can add little water. Mix it well and keep aside for 15 minute. 
• Pre heat non stick tawa/ iron tawa. 
• On heated tawa spread little amount of batter. 
Spread it evenely. 
• Apply few drops of ghee. 
• Cook it for few minutes. Then flip dosa and apply ghee on other side also. 
Cook it till become golden in color. 
• Serve dosa with potato sabji or coconut chutney, curd or ketchup.
