Ingredients:
- 250 gm veloori fish/any small fish
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
- 20 gm tamarind pulp/lemon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Rava (soojee), to coat fish
- 2 tbsp rice powder, to coat fish
- Oil
How to make:
- Clean the fish with cold water long with lime and salt.keep aside for few minute.
- Then Marinate the fish in chilli powder, salt, tamarind/ half lemon juice,turmeric ,2 tsp oil and ginger garlic for about 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- In a sooji add a little salt,chilli powder and rice powder.
- Dip fish in sooji to coat on both sides and deep fry till crisp and brown.
- Serve hot with onion and lemon.
