sweet potato flatbread / poli

Sweet potato poli is made with cooked mashed sweet potato along with jaggery or sugar. This recipe is easy to make just like we make stuffed paratha. 
This is quicker versions of poli or flatbread using sugar powder. Served with aamras It taste even better. 
Here is the recipe. 
Ingredients:
For Dough:
Whole wheat flour
Salt
Water
For Stuffing:
Sweet potato 3-4
Cardemom powder
Ghee/ Oil
Sugar powder 1/2 cup or more( as per your taste) 

How to make:
• Sieve wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl, add required water and kneed to soft dough. 
• Add ghee / oil and kneed it again. 
• Cover and keep aside for at least 30 minutes. 
• In a bowl add boiled sweet potato, mash it very well add sugar powder and cardemom powder. And mix it well. 
Keep aside. 
*(You can use jaggery instead of sugar. In a pan , Add crushed jaggery and 1 tbsp water. Once jaggery is completely dissolve add mashed potatoes and cardamom powder. Stir well everything on low flame for 5-8  minute or till the moisture absorbed. 
Remove pan from heat ,allow to cool. ) 
• Take the whole wheat dough and divide into equal sized balls. 
• Dust whole wheat flour on work top and gently press and roll out into small disc ,into this place spoonful of mixture in a center, seal the edges and roll into thick round poli or flatbread. Just like paratha. 
• Heat tawa, place the poli and cook from both side, drizzle from both side and cook for minute. 
•Apply ghee on top and serve hot.
