Butter naan | No yeast whole wheat naan | Naan

Naan is a type of Indian flat bread. This is very easy recipe and can be made from the ingredients easily available in your pantry. I make this naan on pan and without yeast. No tandoor, no oven and eggless, still crispy, soft and fluffy naan like restaurant.perfectly goes with any gravy, paneer
Mostly I try out dishesh with whole wheat instead of refined flour. And these whole wheat naan come out super soft and they remain soft.

• Take the dough, kneed it again and divide it into small sized balls, cover it and keep aside.

• Take one dough ball and roll it vertically.
• Sprinkle coriander leaves and minced black seseme seeds or nigella seeds over the surface. And roll it again.
